Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts and client relationships
• Handle renewals, rewrites, endorsements, cancellations, and service requests
• Quote, bind, and cross-sell personal lines policies
• Respond to inbound quote requests and referrals
• Review coverage at renewal and recommend appropriate changes
• Prepare applications and ensure carrier compliance
• Maintain accurate records in AMS 360 and PL rating systems
• Resolve client and carrier inquiries efficiently
• Support team goals and attend sales and carrier meetings

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• 3+ years personal lines account management experience
• 3+ years cross-selling and policy binding experience
• High School Diploma (required)
• Exposure to software system AMS 360 and PL Rater
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs (highly preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
