Responsibilities
- Support agents with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and process documentation
- Enter policy and claims data into AMS systems
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on service requests
- Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve account issues
- Review applications and documents for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- 1+ years insurance experience (required)
- High School Diploma (required)
- No insurance license required
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs (highly preferred)
- Exposure to software system AMS 360
- Familiarity with contractual/legal insurance language preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Service-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
