Responsibilities

  • Support agents with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance and process documentation
  • Enter policy and claims data into AMS systems
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on service requests
  • Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve account issues
  • Review applications and documents for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

  • 1+ years insurance experience (required)
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • No insurance license required
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs (highly preferred)
  • Exposure to software system AMS 360 
  • Familiarity with contractual/legal insurance language preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Service-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
