Responsibilities
- Manage renewals, endorsements, rewrites, and service inquiries
- Collect underwriting info and prepare competitive renewal quotes
- Maintain accurate client records in AMS systems
- Review applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate coverage options and support Producers as needed
- Track carrier appetites, market updates, and commission changes
- Organize and coordinate carrier meetings and communications
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- 3+ years of small & key industry commercial account management experience
- 5+ years of large commercial account management experience
- High School Diploma (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs (highly preferred)
- Exposure to software system AMS 360
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Service-driven and eager to grow industry knowledge
