Responsibilities

  • Manage renewals, endorsements, rewrites, and service inquiries
  • Collect underwriting info and prepare competitive renewal quotes
  • Maintain accurate client records in AMS systems
  • Review applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate coverage options and support Producers as needed
  • Track carrier appetites, market updates, and commission changes
  • Organize and coordinate carrier meetings and communications

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty License (required)
  • 3+ years of small & key industry commercial account management experience
  • 5+ years of large commercial account management experience
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs (highly preferred)
  • Exposure to software system AMS 360 
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Service-driven and eager to grow industry knowledge
